Since I began practicing law in 1990 my focus has been on bankruptcy and bankruptcy related matters. As a chapter 7 trustee for the Western District of Oklahoma from 1992 – 1994, I successfully administered over 13,000 cases. 

In addition, I have been involved in thousands of other bankruptcy cases for my various clients. I have been involved in all types of bankruptcy cases – chapter 7, 11 and 13. I enjoy helping clients get through their financial difficulties. Whether a client is facing foreclosure, his or her wages are about to be garnished, or any other type of financial situation, I am fierce about working with my clients to determine what is the best course of action. Sometimes, the best thing for my clients is to go through bankruptcy. 

Sometimes, bankruptcy is not the best option. Regardless of which option turns out to be in my client’s best interests, I will do my best to advocate for them. An Oklahoma native through and through, I am from Oklahoma City. I graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1985 with B.B.A. in Finance, and from the University Oklahoma College of Law in 1990.
